Shana Maitland

Office Manager

After a long, successful career in real estate, Shana has switched gears to join the MBL team. Prior to her years in residential real estate, Shana worked in commercial real estate and property management, overseeing several offices and the employees throughout Michigan.

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Shana is an avid outdoorswoman who grew up sailing the Great Lakes, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting and four wheeling, so when she began riding it was second nature. Shana is the mom of two boys, wife to an amazing travel partner, and an overall adventurer. In her free time, you will find her traveling, on the lake, volunteering, or riding anywhere she can just to have the wind in her face.

Shana has deep roots with the military community as several of her family members, dating back generations have served our country. With a great-uncle still MIA, others killed in battle, and several veterans, including her cousin who recently retired as a colonel, she knows firsthand the impact serving our county has on soldiers, and their families. Shana is a member of the Amvets Ladies Auxiliary, donates her time to different causes, and works hard to make sure our veterans are helped and remembered.

Connie Policht

Legal Assistant / Marketing Director

I’m a West Virginia native who grew up riding with my father, fostering a deep love for the open road. For over a decade, I’ve been an active part of Michigan’s biker community, forging lasting friendships and unforgettable adventures.

In my free time, I love riding with my husband, Mike, exploring the scenic wonders of our state. Beyond riding, I dedicate my free time to volunteering for multiple veteran organizations in the state.

With a decade of marketing experience under my belt, I’ve honed my skills in strategy, branding, and promotional campaigns. Life’s journey is all about the ride, the connections, and the opportunities to make a difference, and I embrace each moment along the way.
